Axion Platform

Axion is a next-generation AI chat application that provides users with access to multiple AI models from various providers through a unified interface. Our Service includes:

• Multi-Model AI Chat: Access to AI models from leading providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others
• Cross-Platform Applications: Web and desktop applications for Mac, Windows, and Linux
• Local MCP Server Integration: Privacy-first local processing capabilities
• File Processing: Upload and process documents, images, and other files
• Voice Input: Audio recording and transcription features
• Conversation Management: Save, organize, and manage chat history

Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control.

Account Creation

• You must create an account to use certain features of the Service
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may not create multiple accounts

Account Security

• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Permitted Uses

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you input into the Service, including conversations, file uploads, and any resulting AI-generated content. You must ensure that your use complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others.

Subscription Plans

• Various subscription plans are available with different features and usage limits
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Pricing is subject to change with notice

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor
• You must provide valid payment information
• Automatic renewal applies unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Refunds and Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase for unused portions
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period

AI Model Integration

Our Service integrates with multiple third-party AI providers. When you use these models, your interactions are subject to both our Terms and the respective provider's terms of service and privacy policies.

Provider Responsibility

• Each AI provider is responsible for their model's performance and responses
• We do not control the content generated by third-party AI models
• Provider availability and terms may change without notice
• You must comply with each provider's acceptable use policies

Data Processing

When using cloud-based AI models, your conversation data is transmitted to the respective providers. For sensitive data, we recommend using local MCP server processing when available.

Our Intellectual Property

• The Service, including software, design, and content, is owned by us or our licensors
• All trademarks, service marks, and logos are our property or our licensors'
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our Service
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service as intended

Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you input into the Service
• You grant us a license to process your content to provide the Service
• You represent that you have the right to use and share your content
• AI-generated content may not be subject to copyright protection

DMCA Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices. If you believe your copyrighted material has been infringed, please contact us with the required information under the DMCA.

Service Changes

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
• We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when possible
• New features may be subject to additional terms
• We are not liable for any modifications or discontinuation

Account Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time
• We may terminate or suspend accounts for Terms violations
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may retain certain information as required by law or for business purposes

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free service operation
• Security against unauthorized access or data breaches

AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate. You should not rely solely on AI responses for important decisions. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or consequences of AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

• We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication
• Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Japan
• You waive any right to jury trial or participation in class action lawsuits
• Claims must be filed within one year of the cause of action arising

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability
